The breakfast at Holiday Inn Express Naperville was above average, offering a wide array of meals. Our rooms were a nice size and brand-new, equipped with shampoo, soap, and a shower. - the location was easy and comfortable, and the staff was respectful.

The heating/cooling system is a 2 pipe system. This means when the room was to warm it was not possible to turn on the A/C to cool it down. One elevator was down so we had to walk a long way to our room.

This spot was conveniently located near the event I was attending and offered a nice continental breakfast with delicious scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon.

Generally it's an overall clean hotel with above averagebreakfasts.

The room was contemporary and neat with amenities like shampoo, a king bed, and soap. The hotel's location is very convenient, being close to local restaurants and Morton's Steakhouse. I enjoyed dining at Invicto, which is only a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The bed was awful! The mattress was very hard. I have slept at other Country Inn and Suites and the mattresses were very comfortable. When I arrived, there was no remote control. Front desk sent someone to bring it.

The hotel is well-maintained and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was nicely furnished and tastefully decorated with down pillows and hypoallergenic pillows. The team was helpful and respectful, making me feel welcome.

Requested a rollaway bed four times(when I made the reservation called to confirm, twice after arriving) and we never received it!

It is NHL Playoff Season and the hotel rooms did not have the channels for the hockey games. The TV in the lobby did and every night there were 30-40 people watching the games in the lobby that was made for about 10-12 people.
